Robin Wells

Sunshine Coast historian Robin Wells is the author of the definitive book, In the Tracks of a Rainbow: indigenous culture and legends of the Sunshine Coast, illustrated with drawings by David Jones of the Dahungbara Tribe. Robin will be appearing with Lyndon Davis and Dr Ray Kerkhove in a special Dreamtime Stories conversation in the Dreamtime Stories marquee on Saturday, September 10.

In the Tracks of a Rainbow: indigenous culture and legends of the Sunshine Coast is a classic book which promotes reconciliation between Aboriginal and other world cultures; looks at the ancient Aboriginal pathways and places of the Sunshine Coast that can be visited; features some of the wisdom of Gaiarbau, Elder of the Jinibara tribe and is an absorbing collection of the legends of the Dreamtime for the Sunshine Coast.
